Scope of Responsibilities
Mary Brannon joined NAI Charter in 2008, bringing a strong background in marketing that helped modernize the firm’s approach to branding and communication. She introduced new marketing trends and led a full redesign of the company’s marketing materials. Mary also played a key role in the development and ongoing maintenance of NAI Charter’s website and was instrumental in crafting and executing strategic marketing, communications, and public relations initiatives.
In 2019, Mary transitioned into the Property Management division as an Assistant Property Manager. In this role, she implemented new management software to improve operational efficiency and took on essential accounting duties, including rent collection, bill payments, and financial reporting. Her responsibilities later expanded to include marketing within the property management sector, where she continues to apply innovative strategies.
More recently, as the Director of Operations, Mary oversees the daily business operations across multiple departments, ensuring that property management, client services, and back-office functions run smoothly and efficiently. She works closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, implement best industry practices, and drive sustainable organizational growth. With a dual focus on operational excellence and strategic property management, Mary plays a key role in positioning the firm for continued success and maintaining a competitive edge in a dynamic real estate market.
Background & Experience
With over twenty-five years of diverse experience spanning healthcare, foreclosures, marketing, and commercial real estate, Mary brings a unique blend of professionalism, insight, and creativity to every aspect of the real estate industry.
Her career began in Birmingham, AL, where she held key roles at HealthSouth’s Corporate Office in Human Resources and Treasury, Sirote & Permutt law firm within the Title & Foreclosure divisions, and later as a Marketing Coordinator at the Express Oil Change Corporate Office. In 2008, Mary returned to her hometown of Chattanooga and joined NAI Charter, where she continues to apply her broad expertise and dedication to excellence.
