Chattanooga’s Echelon Fitness is Moving

CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE | December 21st, 2020 | Echelon Fitness, which has climbed from a startup venture to become a major player in the exercise industry, is moving its Chattanooga headquarters into one of the city’s tallest buildings, the Liberty Tower.
Jeff Jennings, CCIM brokered the Liberty Tower agreement on behalf of his long-standing client Echelon. The deal provides Echelon with one of Tennessee’s finest office spaces which is centrally located in downtown Chattanooga. Echelon is currently located in an 18,500 square foot office and warehouse building at 6011 Century Oaks Drive (currently on the market for sale). Echelon will be moving into two floors of Liberty Tower, which total approximately 25,000 square feet. In addition to the Liberty Tower agreement, Jeff Jennings placed Echelon in 60,000 SF at 2001 Riverside Drive.
Echelon Fitness Multimedia is now an international company specializing in at-home spinning bikes, treadmills, rowers, and interactive mirrors.
