Frazier DeVaney, son of NAI Charter President David F. DeVaney and grandson of Charter Real Estate founder Chester C. DeVaney, joined the team as Property Manager in August of 2017. In 2019, Frazier became an Affiliate Broker and provides representation for commercial properties in sales, leasing, and site selection for all sectors of commercial real estate. His scope of work also includes tenant representation, vendor relations and coordination, maintenance reports, construction management, maintaining landlord-tenant relationships, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our client’s assets. He also assists with company operations. NAI Charter currently manages 35 properties housing more than 150 tenants and totaling over 935,000 square feet.

Background and Experience

Frazier graduated from McCallie School and graduated Cum Laude and with Honors from Sewanee: The University of the South with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Natural Resources and a minor in Economics. While at Sewanee, Frazier was a member of the order of the Gownsman and was on the Swimming and Diving team; where he placed second for the Mens Diving event at the Regional Conference. Previously, he worked at Marion Environmental Company as a Business Development Assistant and Environmental Technician prior to being a Project Manager at ENERG3 where he designed, implemented, and oversaw energy efficiency projects for multiple properties
